Door Steps

Has anyone changed out the factory installed three step entry steps with a four step unit? Did you have to modify anything? Did/do they have the same bolt pattern and same horizontal size as the three step unit? Thanks for any information. We have a Sundance 3300SK.

I was going to do this to our Cyclone, but Lippert stopped making the 4 step model.

For the Cyclone I was going to have to add 1/2" spacers on each side to mount the steps. Although the bolt pattern looked the same.

Elkhart Tool makes a nice 4 step unit.

So they do. These look like the Landmark steps.

Not the same steps design as I have on my BC
We have the rounded ones on our unit.

These are the steps on a new 2010 Landmark being delivered when I picked up my trailer. I think they are the Elkhart steps.

I measured these and they are too narrow for the Cyclone by about 2" I think.

Thanks everyone for your input and thoughts. Checkout the website Sundance provided, I think this is the best solution for us. I can make an additional step and possibly have it adjustable by a couple of inches. Thanks again!!

Looks like I have another project to work on (add a step).....raised the Sundance 3.5" so the first step is a doosy.
