Ducted air in TH

Have noticed via "video tour" on TH (Cyclone) that it seems they do not have ducted air cuz I see what looks like "quick cool" shutters on the A/C. Is this the case? If so, why? Are the A/C's in TH the "whisper quiet" ones? Our BC is ducted and quiet and does a really great job of cooling things down and keeping temp.

The Dometic AC's in our Cyclone are ducted, and also have the quick cool feature which you can keep closed to force all the air through the ducts, or open for that down blast of cold air. We usually keep ours closed to route the air through the ducts as I like the broader air distribution, and it's a little quieter. They are definitely not whisper quiet though :D

All 3 of our 2017 CY ACs are common ducted and have the quick cool/dumps on them also. The common ducting allows US to close all the garage and living room ducts while leaving the bedroom and bathroom ones open. We can then use the garage unit when needed on either AC or fan for a completely silent breeze while sleeping at night.

We use ours the same way. All 3 are ducted and they also have the quick cool feature.
