You'll do better to call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready.

Best bet is to talk to a service advisor at Heartland Service, get his e-mail address, then duplicate your conversation and understanding of his responses IN WRITING in an E-Mail to him. You can also attach digital photos to help the service team better understand your problem.

E-mails to the generic service e-mail address seem to go unanswered a lot.

Thanks everyone. The issue is resolved and believe it or not it was taken care of via e mail. Guess I got lucky. I must say I've received excellent service customer service and in a most timely fashion.
