electric awning

Have a 2011 Sundance 2900 MKS, bought in 2012 and used less than 10 times. Over Thanksgiving extended the electric awning, worked fine going out but would not retract. The motor would just click. Turns out the motor went bad but the point I want to make is how to retract it. This information is in the owners manual. I would recommend having something to secure the arm of the awning to the bracket on the side of the coach for your travel home or to a repair facility. Having someone to help you is a big asset also. Bill-k; Redding, CA
