EPDM roof cracking/crazing

2015 Cyclone roof has this cracking/crazing all over it. I think it is also referred to as aligatoring?
Does anyone know what causes this and what the effects are on the longevity of the roof.
It seems a 4 year old roof should not be showing this type of condition.

I think Dicor warrants the roof material for something like 12 years. You probably ought to give them a call and ask their opinion.
