RESERVATIONS: You can call Ancient Cedars directly for you reservations before April, 1, 2017. A one night deposit is required with the reservation. The unused sites will be released to the public after April 1.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations after April 1, 2017 will result in loss of deposit. No refunds for no-shows and early departures. Please let me know if you have to cancel. We have a waiting list and can fill your spot from the list.

ACTIVITIES: Due to the many places to visit, we will not be scheduling many activities during the day. This will allow those wanting to explore the area more time to do so.
We will have the coffee pot each morning at our site.
Thurs. 9/14- 6:00 Snack Potluck Meet and Greet in the Activity Room @ 6:00 PM. Bring a snack, and beverage of your choice. The chapter will provide all table service, napkins, and cups.
Mini Golf Tournament: Anyone wishing to play mini golf throughout the rally can do so at any time. You can turn in your completed scorecard to Gregg or Bill Haynes by 6:00 pm on Saturday. We will have several prizes for the tournament.
Fri. 9/15- Potluck @ 6:00 PM in the Activity Room. Chapter will supply the meat. The meat will be provided by Jimmers Back Country BBQ. (Brisket, pulled pork, & smoked turkey) The chapter will provide all table service, napkins, and cups. We will be selling tickets for a 50/50 Raffle ($1 per ticket, or 6 for $5) and will hold the Steal a Gift drawing after the Potluck. Steal a Gift--Bring an unwrapped gift valued between $10-15. Does not have to be RV related. One gift per rig or one per person, your choice. With each gift you will receive one ticket for the Steal A Gift drawing.

I got a phone call from Carol at Ancient Cedars yesterday. 6/13/2017 They will not be able to add anyone from our waitlist. They have a limited number of sites able to handle all of the bigger 5th wheels we have attending. If we have cancellations, she will have to move some of the rigs around that are already in smaller sites.
We were originally allotted 20 sites, but her daughter overbooked with bigger rigs. Hopefully you can contact Mesa Verde RV Resort for a site. (970) 533-7421 Carol said MV RV Resort does have more big sites than she does. If they are full you can ask to be put on a wait list there.
I am very sorry for all of the confusion and hope you can make it.
