I emailed the list to her earlier this morning. For those of you who haven't made reservations yet it would be best to do it as soon as possible. We are now full on our 26 reserved sites and I will be starting a waitlist.

Update: Carol now has the list of those signed up and the website address to help me keep track of who have reserved a site. If you need to cancel after you have a reservation, you can let me know and I will work with her on adding someone from the wait list.

We are unable to commit at this time, in fact a work project just came up and we may not be able to attend at all. That being the case please remove us from the list and fill it with a wait listed person.

This is just a note for those of you attending the Mancos rally. The next weekend following our rally is the Utah chapter rally in Moab. Heartland Chapter Rally: UT, Moab - 9/21/2017 to 9/24/2017 and the information is now posted in the Events list. . Moab is only 130 miles from Mancos and if anyone has some extra time to spend on the road, this would be a good opportunity to visit this beautiful area. We are looking forward to seeing all of you in Sept.

I got this from Ancient Cedars today. If you plan on attending you need to get reservations deposit confirmed by April 1. We do have 4 on the waiting list.

Hi Gregg, hope this finds you well. When we initially started discussions the RV count was 15 to 20. Then during my off season the count went to 26 and my daughter confirmed. We can still honor this, at this time. This year our reservations have tripled, I understand this to be so with others as well. Therefore, we are turning people away. The reservation deposits will need to be made by April 1, 2017. Currently 14 have not made deposits. If you have any issues please lets talk. Thank you, Carol
