• Potluck date: October 26 Meet and Greet Potluck with small finger foods to share,plates and utensils provided, bring your beverage of choice. We will have raffles and 50/50 drawings this evening.
• Potluck time: 5:30
• Saturday morning will be a continental breakfast with Juice and coffee 8:00 A.M.
• Saturday night 6:00 will be a Chili dinner with salad and bread all provided by club but if some of you would like to bring desserts that would be appreciated. We will be having a Halloween costume party and a winner will be chosen and a prize given. Once again we will be having and RV decoration contest in keeping with Halloween and there will
• be first and second prize for this contest.

• this evening we have Sherman Roberts talking to us about his organization All Gave Some, Inc.501c charitable org.
• to be our Heartland Gives Back.
• Saturday A.M. Breakfast 8:00 A.M.Coffee,Juice and lots of goodies.
• Saturday P.M. Chili dinner provided by club to include salad,bread etc. If members would bring desserts that would be wonderful. This evening is Halloween costume contest so come dressed for the occasion. There will be 50/50 raffles,
• auctions of items with proceeds going to our give back. We are also playing games with prizes to be awarded.
• Show coaches Friday and Saturday from Camping World and General RV

The Belettis are coming! This will be stop #2 on the Planes, Trains and Automobiles rally tour. We'll be hitting the GA rally the weekend prior.

We're staying in a cabin on-site and will arrive on Wednesday, October 24th for 4 nights, leaving Sunday.

Have not been to any rallies in the past. For reservation purposes, is the rally thru the 28th, and leaving the 29th am ? Checking schedule and hope to make reservations in the next few days. Looking forward to the new experience.

You can stay any combination of 7 days at rally rate of 45.00 but actual days of rally are 10/26-10/28.
