Additional Info:------------------------------Please call the reservation number listed above to reserve your site and tell them you are with the Heartland Rally or group code SHEART. The rate for any days before Friday and after Saturday are $30 per day if you want to come in early or stay over before heading to the next rally. Also, any sites not reserved by 3/6 will be returned back, you can still make one if space is available but they may or may not be able to get you near our group. Tshirts Artwork is still being done at this time but it looks like they will be $12 for s-XL and $15 for larger sizes. They will be state specific not rally specific so those not coming feel free to let me know if you would like one. Also, those coming to rally you can take care of payment at rally. We do need about 25-30 to get these prices. Let me know. Agenda:This is a work in progress but we will have some sort of meet and greet, possibly have some ice cream or something like that on Friday night.Saturday...for those who like golf we MAY be able to arrange something if there are enough who want to play...also I am working on putting together a tour of a local Rum Distillery that uses local sugar cane to make the rum...Saturday evening we will have a potluck with chapter providing main course.Sunday....breakfast of champions (donuts and coffee/juice) before hitting the road for home.Please reply and let me know when you make your reservations.Attendees1. I have to check our travel schedule as we would really like to attend.
We almost always stay at Coushatta on the way to and from Texas.
I've always hoped to see a rally there, now I have to get it in the schedule.

That will work Dave just let me know. Btw if I remember jay's schedule I think this one kicks off the south central rally schedule.

We are still new at this, but will try and make this rally. Our reservation in Florida ends February 16th and this looks like a great stop as we work our way back to Iowa.

The Belettis are coming!

We arrive on Tuesday, 17-Mar and depart on Monday, 23-Mar for 6 nights total.

Andy - put us down for any tours you arrange. We're also game for eating at the Casino during pre-rally with other attendees and who knows, maybe a pre-rally potluck or breakfast.

For anyone wondering what pre/post rally camping costs, it's $30 per night. So I'm paying $30 for Tue, Wed and Thu, $45 for Fri and Sat, then $30 for Sun.

Let's go people - start making plans to support Andy and Joanna!

Awesome!! Now I guess I gotta step up my game huh? Lol. Thank you for clearing up the pre and post costs, I looked at rate calendar last week and it still said $20. Guess they updated rates for next year and had not done that yet. Did you have any issues making reservations?

I had a little trouble making reservations as the reservationist could not find the group at first. After a brief hold, she had all the info and was able to take my reservation. I think she took my credit card info to hold the reservation. She did not assign a site number. Perhaps you do that for us?

Same issue I had as well. Just curious that since it had been in system awhile it might be going smoother. I tried doing one online but that did not work. As far as site numbers those will be assigned or should be assigned closer to time. I will email my contact to make sure especially with folks coming in early.
