I have just updated the potluck, breakfast and golf times in the first post.
Also on Friday at 5PM there is an all you can eat seafood buffet at Firekeepers Casino, http://www.firekeeperscasino.com/ for 26.95 ($4 discount if you get a players card) that Debbie and I plan to go to. If anyone else would like to join us please feel welcome.

Gerry, Saundra not Sondra for my wife.

Also Doug and Karen Wood are joining as SOBs, but I did not see their name on the list. They have joined us before for several rallies.

Check out the rV lock here https://www.rvlock.com/
I, as do many others have these on their RV. They retail for $249 and we auction one off for a minimum starting bid of $100. Personally it is one of the best upgrades I have ever done on any rig.

Thanks, I thought it stood for something. Another RVer term. Kinda bummed now. Thought it was something new and exciting. Lol

I noticed on the camp turkeyville website there is a early check-in charge of $15.00, as well as a late check-out fee. The check-in time is 3PM. We usually like arrive before 3 pm wherever we go for the most part, usually since check-out time is 12noon, and sites are oftentimes empty by then. Does anyone know, especially those that are already at the campground, if they adhere strictly to the "rule"????

We got here after 3p, so can't comment on the penalty fee. I will say that there haven't been many arrivals prior to 2p.

If anyone is going to be in attendance Thursday and has experience with swapping out furniture (sofa and recliners) come down to site 54 Thursday afternoon, or get a good seat at the meet and greet in the pavilion because it should be good entertainment to watch us rookies try to do it.

That sounds like a good spectator event.

maybe I could get the campground to set up a spectator area and charge admission

Moved on to the next thing...
Really wishing we were back there in Michigan for this Rally . . . maybe in a year or two!

We do have one out here in Colorado in three weeks.

Well things are getting pretty quiet around here now that most have left the park.
I want to thank Gerry and Debbie for a great rally.
And Debbie a special thank you for all of the work you did to prepare the best rally dinner ever.

Peace
Dave

I agree with Cookie that it was a great rally (really - must be the Wisconsin spelling) and kudos for all of the planning that went into the rally and the meal preparation. Saundra and I had a great time as did our guests, Doug and Karen Wood. They are Heartlanders at heart.

Made it home with all of the air that was in the tires when we left the campground. I plan to take that one tire in tomorrow and see why it was leaking.

Deb and I would like to thank all who attended and also let you know how grateful we are not only for the great turnout but also the great amount of help we received. I always wish when I leave a rally that I had more time to talk with others although it never quite works that way.
On to next year. Got a few more calls to make to set it up hopefully and will post it asap

Finally back "home" and able to post on the site.

Thanks to Gerry and Deb for a great rally. Also, personal thanks to Gerry, Dave McLeod and Don Kettlewell for taking time out of their rally to help me put new furniture in our Bighorn 3670. Greatly appreciated by Connie and myself.

Hope everyone got home safely and you're making plans to attend the 2017 Wisconsin Rally, the Ohio Rally, then the Michigan Rally the following week.
