New Mexico is having our second annual Event/Rally as Chapter Leaders. The event is being held at Clovis Point RV Park in Clovis NM. Dates are Oct. 7 through the 9th, site fees are $27.50 per night. All sites are full hook up pull through. We will be asking a $10.00 Heartland owners fee and a $20.00 SOB entry fee. Morning coffee and doughnuts will be provided by the Chapter. Potluck on Sat night. Meat of some sort (Will be determined soon. NOT HOTDOGS!!!) will be provided by the Chapter. Come out over the holiday weekend and enjoy fellowship and fun. Bring the kids and the pets. Looking forward to a fun and laugh filled weekend for all.

Just let me know the dates you will attend, and I will get you set up when you arrive.

Working on possibility of having a Street Taco truck for one meal. (Fingers Crossed). This will be pay as you go.
Come out over the holiday weekend and enjoy fellowship and fun.

We will have games lined up for the kiddos as well as adults. We can play LCR WILD, 654, dominos or anything you have in mind and available.
If the weather dictates, the park has a new Outdoor covered patio, we can sit outside and have evening campfires.

Norm and Vie Petty Recording Studio (Museum)
3 to 4 archeological site (Blackwater Draw Museum)
Main Street antiques and shopping
3 local Brew pubs and a winery in Portales NM (30miles)
Hillcrest Park Zoo
Ned Hauk nature park has a Frisbee golf course
Green Acres Park for walking
2 Local Golf courses
"Bullet Bob Has It" Main Street shop that has EVERYTHING. I mean Everything
And many other entertaining venues in the local area.

For those that were here last year Cindy Burton will be available for your Mary Kay needs. Go to her web site and if you purchase something she will have it at the rally. Be sure to add a note that you are going to be at the "Clovis Heartland Rally", and she will bring it by.
