We have dates approved for 2016 and we've held 20 sites at the Dayton Tall Timbers KOA. Join us for a great weekend of fun and friendship.

This campground is close to the National Museum of the United States Air Force at Wright-Patterson AFB, Carillon Historical Park, Carriage Hill Farm, and much more.

Our discount will be based on the number of rigs over 10 we have and settled once you arrive. Reservations can be made through July 19, 2016 by calling the park. One night's deposit is due at the time of reservation. Please notify us once you've made your reservation.

Campground that's our #1 choice has books that don't open until 1 year prior, so we'll hope to get something going on the 19th of August 2015. Thanks for your patience.

I've updated the opening thread as the park is closed from November 1 to April 1. All of you waiting until next year to make your reservations, you'll have to wait until after April 1st.

We completed our vacation plans for the year and it looks like the Ohio rally will be the only one that works out for us. We are excited as this is a great KOA and location. They have a nice pool area and close to several area attractions. In checking the campgrounds website it appear also that the Decades band will be there on Saturday night. They play music from the 50's,60's and 70's. We have seen them a couple times at this KOA and always a lot of fun. Look forward to seeing everyone. We'll follow back up with you bob when we make reservations in April when the park opens.

The Commander and I got it on our schedule (she even has the 1st of April marked on the calendar with "Make Reservation for Ohio Rally). We might even get up to your neck of the woods this year Keith and, pilfer some of your firewood. LOL Looking forward to meeting you and everyone.

Update on registering for the Ohio Heartland Rally. We can do it now!

You can either call the Dayton KOA @ 937.833.3888 (ask for Candy) or use the KOA website. Either way, tell Candy you're with the Ohio Heartland Group or on the website under "SpecialRequests", type in Ohio Heartland Group so that we'll be placed together.

Obviously, the earlier you register the closer we can be together.

The deposit cost will be $57.52, and the discount will be taken off your final amount you pay when you arrive (based on the number of rigs we have attend).
