EVENT: Heartland Chapter Rally: OH, Lebanon - 8/16/2018 to 8/19/2018

We really appreciate all the kind words from all of those attending the Rally plus all the generosity of everyone. It couldn't have happened without all those attending. We were really able to build up the treasury of this Ohio Chapter. The Silent Auction was great, 50/30/20 was awesome plus our 1st Corn hole tournament was a great success. We met many new friends and met up with many old friends.

We had many hands helping when it was needed. We especially want to thank Ken and Kathy AmRhein for manning the Campfire, Bob and Sheila Prince for the Wednesday Campfire, helping cook breakfast Friday and Saturday, Gerry and Debi Atkinson for coordinating the Corn hole tournament and hot dog lunch plus all the other friends who pitched in wherever and whenever needed.

We did have some rain but it did not stop us from having fun! We want to include our thanks and appreciation to all the Vendors, Businesses, Companies, and People who donated items for our Silent Auction & Door prize giveaway. We want to thank everyone for attending the Rally and hope to see everyone next year.

WOW, Thank you Don and Cindy and all who volunteered to help them. What a great turnout. Very nice to see some old friends and make some new ones. Looking forward to next years rally.

Great to know so many people supported our chapter's rally.

Steph and I had a great time. Sorry we had to depart early, but with them changing my schedule for work I had to be in at 2 pm instead of 10 pm we had to leave. It was so nice the way everybody treated us when we were there just visiting for the few hours we could. We can't wait for the next rally to get here.
Yes starting Sept 1, 2018 I will be retired from Corrections after almost 27 years. Steph is going June 1, 2019 in time for the National
