EVENT: Heartland Chapter Rally: OK, Durant - 10/15/2015 to 10/17/2015

Stacy wants to know who is interested in a painting class? She is looking into having Elements Art Center come to the camp ground on either Friday or Saturday at 2 pm but the catch is we have to have 10 sign up. The cost is $35.00 and byob. The art people will come and teach you how or walk you through step by step painting the chosen picture that you guys want to paint. The entire group has to chose the same painting so go to here to Elements Art Center in Durant and look at the paintings and we will decide when we all get to Durant. Stacy has done a couple of these in Tulsa and says it's a good time drinking and painting. Some of you may have done similar. Let us know what you think and guys can play to.

Sounds like fun! Count me in.

Also, Rex, I noticed you have Dave and I on your attendee list twice.

Hi Everyone! I again, don't think we'll make this rally, can't wait to finally get to go to one. Thank goodness, by chance, meet Rex and Stacy in Morris, OK at a BBQ contest and they get that we are on a mission to go to and to win all the BBQ contests we can! lol We will be in Alma the weekend before and heading to Ponca City the weekend after. IF I can talk Tim into getting away in the middle of the week.... which would be a miracle..... We'll be there. Hope to meet everyone some day!!

We will be having a painting class at the KOA during our rally! It will be Saturday, October 17th from 2:00pm-4:00pm. You may pay at the event using cash or check. To register and pay using a credit card go to the provided web link below. 1) Click on the "calendar",2) go to the month of October 3) click on October 17th you'll see our group listed along with what we will be painting 4) from there it should prompt you to register and pay. Make sure you share this information with your spouses who may be interested. The instructor will walk you through the painting step-by-step so even if you think you can't paint.... you really can!! It's fun and you'll have a piece of art to take home.

Well I am doing better after all the knee surgery. I am in the process of getting my trailer ready for me to move back into and thought I would like to take in a rally and your rally in Durant is looking very good for me to make my first trip.

So do you have enough sites left over so that I may join you. It looks like I can make the 15th for sure but I am going to try also for the 14th. I will leave on Sunday the 17th.

I am hoping to bring my friend Ellie Melson if she can travel. She is having cataract eye surgery and may not be able to travel.

4:45 pm Caravan to the Road House Steakhouse

7:30 pm Battle of the Sexes. Who’s smarter the men or the women? Team game to find out if the Men know more about the women or the women know more about the men. It’s the men’s chance to redeem themselves.
