We miss you guys! We need to find some time to get together before the snowbird migration begins.

I just want to send out a big THANKYOU to Sutton RV for their sponsorship of our rally. Dinner was great and people really enjoyed walking through the new Landmarks brought in as demos.

Also thanks to RV Lock for their donation of a keyless door lock. Jim Beletti got it installed within minutes of its purchase tonight. Proceeds from the auction for the lock will be given to Dogs For The Deaf. Thanks Julie and Sonja for your generosity!

Henderson's Lineup donated one axle of the Joy Rider system to our chapter. We auctioned that off (thanks again Julie and Sonja) with the proceeds being split between Dogs For The Deaf and the chapter. Robert and Barb Hendeson also spent hours and hours doing free suspension and steering inspections of RVs and trucks for people who asked. They didn't leave until 11:30PM that night, having completed some of the inspections after the owners had already gone to bed. They left a written report of any issues they found along with any recommendations they had for that coach and TV. This is the fourth time Henderson's has provided this service to the OR chapter free of charge, after traveling for hours to get to the rally location. We really appreciate their support of our chapter.

SkyMed did an informative session on the medical transport services they provide. People seemed to find it interesting enough that some signed up for the service. SkyMed also held a cheese and wine tasting session after their presentation and provided a bottle of wine to our raffle. Thanks!

Rally attendees provided lots of raffle prizes that helped generate lots of money for the chapter to use to cover rally expenses. In addition to all of the great prizes attendees always provide, Rod and Kelly Ditrich provided a King Jack Digital TV antenna to our chapter. Thank you Rod and Kelly! That was a generous donation and thank you to the Kramers for being the top bidders in the auction for this item.

Once again, The Mill Casino and RV Park provided a nice venue and many amenities to make our rally enjoyable. They have gone out of their way both years here to make sure we get the things we need when we need them Amy and Barb, you rock!

Jim and Nancy Beletti, we really appreciate you taking the time to come out and visit us in WA and OR this year. It's good to see HL support our club by providing an Owners Club and allowing the pres. to travel to events to show that support. Besides, we just like having you guys around! haha

We could not pull off a rally without a crew of volunteers to do all of the tasks like setting up and cleaning up the meals along with cooking, campfires, shopping, etc. A huge THANKYOU to my CREW for making things happen, especially this year when my physical limitations slowed me down. Mark, I could not do this without your help and support all year, and especially during the event when there is always something that needs to be moved and plans are always being adjusted.

I'm sure I've forgotten something or someone I'm thankful for. That doesn't mean I value it any less, just that it is late and I'm exhausted. We have our farewell breakfast in a few hours, then many people will head on to their next stop.

Travel Safe Everyone. We are already starting the process of planning next year!

Thank you Mark and Kristy, Jim and Nancy and everyone who attended in making this rally an amazingly awesome time.

Another OUTSTANDING series of events!!! When Mark and Kristy and Rod and Kelly get together you know it will be great fun for everyone. We are so fortunate to have them willing to take the leadership responsibility for the two chapters, and I know Doug and Doris will continue the tradition. Thanks to all of you. Such fun seeing old friends and making new ones.

I want to add my thanks to Rod, Kelly, Kristy and Mark for two outstanding rallies. And on a personal note, to those who very willingly gave me a hand when I needed it and let me know it when I did too much. And another heartfelt thanks for Kristy. At our last campfire, broke out some FireBall and proposed a toast to Carol. A warm, fuzzy moment for me.

Thank you Kristy Mark Rod Kelly.. Melody and I enjoyed ourselves very much. Of all the rallies that we have been to, this is by far the most organized one that we have been to.

All the rally pictures that I have taken will be up on the forum next week when we get home. Again Kristy and Mark a big thanks for allowing us to attend our first Oregon rally.

What a fantastic ten days! The rally in Monitor, Washington was outstanding with lot happening. We met new friends and reconnected with old friends. The caravan to Portland with 12 rigs was a sight to behold! I know several people got pictures, including Jim Beletti snapping away while hanging out of the passenger window as Nancy drove by the caravan. Coos Bay was a pleasant change from the triple digit weather earlier. We met a few more people and sow even more old acquaintances. THANK YOU Rod and Kelly, Mark and Kristy, Jim and Nancy and all of the attendees who also turned out to be the volunteers who helped make this such a great series of events. We sure hope to repeat some of the magic next year.

Mark and Kristy: Thank you again for putting on a really great rally in North Bend (Coos Bay). You even ordered up some great weather and that's some pretty powerful stuff. Seriously, Deb and I had a great time and all of your efforts are very much appreciated. Besides, we always enjoy seeing you and Mark and catching up on the years events. We also appreciate your coordination with the WA. folks in scheduling the rallys so we could attend both in one trip to the N,W. Again, thanks and our best to you in the coming year.

We enjoyed seeing all of you too. Thanks for coming as far as you all do! The friendships we have made through these rallies are among the best parts of owning our fifth wheel.

I will tell him. He really misses all the attention and playmates from the rally. I can only imagine how spoiled rotten he will get next year.

We sent a $350 donation to Dogs For The Deaf in the name of the Oregon chapter of the Heartland RV Owners Club yesterday. THANKYOU to everyone for the generous donations of prizes and auction items. An even bigger thanks to all those who bought tickets and bid on items since that is what keeps the chapter in a position to put on nice rallies and donate to charity.

Jim, Great pics of the rigs. Thank You.

We had to join the group, "Oregon Heartland Owners" on the forum to be able view them. Since we don't have a group on the forum for Washington Heartland Owners, that wasn't an issue.
