I can't say what Trace has planned for the rally and I've never been to Quartzsite, but here's a few things I found online:

Sorry, I was off the grid for a few days in the desert and now I'm into a Hula Contest??

Jim hit on some good things to see and do. Usually good weather.
Mostly, expect the unexpected. Like Floyd said a little walking around money is good to have. A lot of unusual stuff to see and do and a great hangin' out with friends time. Trace

Just checked the weather from last year in Quartzsite not bad for January either finally invested in one of those propane fire pits gonna be fun .

Cool, I think that makes at least five propane fire pits total. We can always put them together and have a "bonfire" pit. Trace

Floyd, Really sorry to have to cancel. We just found out Bev is having laser surgery on her eye on Jan.24 and we couldn't talk the Dr. into any other time. I will call the park tomorrow and cancel our reservation there. We were really looking forward to the rally. Hope you all have a great time.
