Montgomery is the third oldest town in Texas and had its beginnings as a trading post in 1826. It has retained its charm and preserved its 19th century historic downtown! Montgomery is also the birthplace of the Lone Star Flag. Dr. Charles B. Stewart, who was also the first to sign the Texas Declaration of Independence, designed the now iconic flag which flies proudly. The Historic District of Montgomery is located one block north of the intersection of Highway 105 and FM 149.

Extending 21 miles in length and covering 21,000 surface acres, Lake Conroe is the reserve drinking water supply for the City of Houston and offers clean, clear water for a large variety of recreation (boating, fishing, hunting, golfing, swimming, water skiing, jet skiing, pleasure boating, etc.).

Rookies are always welcome, just make sure you have your shots before crossin that Sabine river. LOL. Yep just call the park and make the reservation when you get the chance. No big hurry, they just got the contract to me and I won't have it back until early next week. I don't know if the front desk even knows about the rally yet.

David not to take away from Tom but the Louisiana rally will be the weekend prior to his rally and should be at the Coushatta casino in kinder but I have not tied them down yet just wanted to give you a heads up.

Andy, when I told Dolly you were having another rally, she said to tell you to put us on the list when you get it set up because it's been a looong time since we have been to a rally with rain and she's tired of this dry weather. I don't know David yet, but am also looking forward to two weekends of biegnets.
