It is Edythe's birthday on the 26th so I will try to remember to bring a cake for dessert Thursday night. Also I have a 10' x 10' EZ up canopy I could bring if you think we might need it.

Trace, its a cowboy hat made by Bailey.....and you live where? I am having it reshaped. I noticed that Dave did not question my statement. I did however find another one I liked and bought it. So now, I have a shootin' hat, a clunking around hat, and Sunday go to meetin' hat. I also have a an old Stetson that serves as tent/umbrella.

Wayne will bring his Akubra.

We got here a day early but found we were about the last ones to the party!! So, had a pre- rally rally last night. On the spur of the moment we had a taco bar, a fire and a little bit of Fireball. Had a really good evening!

I hope everyone is enjoying Vernal. If you have not been to Echo Park in Dinosaur, it's a "must see" in my book. Probably not accessible by RV, but one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. It's at the confluence of the Yampa and Green River. John Wesley Powell named it on his journey down the Green and Colorado rivers in 1869.

Scotty,
We did go to Dinosaur, but only the Utah side. I will have to check out Echo Park next time I am there. Trace

DAVE & AMY Thanks for the great rally had a great time. The food and fireball were great. I did not quite make it out of vernal and lost thread on trailer tire. It did tear up sheet metal wheel and fender. Time for new coach. Floyd:p:confused:

Post Vernal rally, "mini rally" at The Oasis in Vegas.

Hooked up with Art and Teresa Mitchell, Marty and Teresa Stewart and Floyd and Carol Philbrook at the Oasis on Thursday night.
(Plus, there are at least ten other Heartland rigs in here.)

We had a great seafood buffet last night at South Pointe Casino. We are heading to California today if the Santa Ana's will let us.
The rest are staying longer. Life is good right now. Trace
