Denver area camp-out - should be fun. I spent quite a bit of time there in a past career. Loved visiting the area.

I stopped by last year on my way home from work for the Saturday night campfire, even though we didn't camp there for the weekend.

Traffic was bad on my way home from work tonight, so I made a detour and drove through the campground at Cherry Creek and checked out our spot (#39) . . . and it looks awesome!

Can't wait . . . only three weeks away!

Good to see that Mary & Phil will be back in CO. Anxious to hear how their travels have gone since last fall. Looking forward to seeing everyone and get to camping again.

Wow...we have had some crazy weather here in Colorado the past couple of weeks! I'm thinking we are really ready for this camp out!
So far it looks like we'll be having some good weather (it's all relative!). There is plenty of snow left in my yard from the storm but with the temps reaching 70 by mid-week it will be a memory by this weekend
Don't forget the sunscreen while you're packing up!
