Is there a set schedule for the craft and instapot classes? We're trying to figure out if attending will work out before committing.

Here is a look at what the planned schedule for the craft class and the instant pot class on Friday.

8:00 AM Breakfast – Coffee, Orange Juice, donuts and pastries until gone.

9: AM to 12: Noon - Craft Class – Attendees bring $5.00 to pay Chris directly for the supplies.

Lunch on your own

1: PM - Instant Pot Class - Bring your Instant pot to class.

While it may seem that the schedule is a busy and tight, I have tried to include plenty of free time for everyone to explore and enjoy the park.

I have received several requests for Kelly Barnett to give a seminar like she did at the National Rally in Goshen. The topic is Instant Pot demo and recipes, I have been able to talk Kelly into doing one at the rally. I understand this is not only for the gals but guys are welcome too. I will have to admit I know nothing about cooking, my expertise is mainly on the eating side.

So if you are interested let me know either by posting on the forum, PM or E-mail me so I can tell Kelly how many people to expect to attend.

dave
Dave, not wanting to miss out, please include Lisa and Nicole in the Instant Pot class. We don't have one yet but this will certainly help decide if it's right for us. Thanks

Hi Dave
We will have to cancelled our reservation. We have purchased a new house and will be moving mid-end of April. I really wanted to be the lucky winner of the Cheap Heat prize.

If we have time we may stop by to see everyone..

Enjoy

I just received an E-mail from Kelly Barnett:

'If you are interested in having disc brakes installed on your coach while at the Stone Mountain rally, please contact Michael & Kelly Barnett (405-626-7009) to make arrangements ASAP.'

We need to know of anyone that wants to purchase, in advance, so that their kit can be shipped prior to the rally.

So if you are just thinking about disc brakes call Kelly and Michael and talk with them about installing at the rally.

Hey Dave,

No need for anyone to bring an Instant Pot. Judi will be helping me with them demo and she'll have hers, I'll have mine. As we get closer I may ask for another volunteer to help with the demo so we have plenty of samples.

I am pleased and sad at the same time, because we are at max number of rigs/people for the Southeast Region Rally.
I wish there was more room for additional people however it is not to be.

Thanks to everyone who will be coming.

Calling all Crafters!
For those who have signed up for the Quilt Magic class, here's a list of the supplies to bring:
1. Tool for inserting the fabric into pre-cut foam board slots: Suggestions: Common table knife with a thin blade (the lighter weight, the better!); a butter/cheese spreader (the small canape kind works great!); OR even a disposable plastic knife. You may want to bring several options if you have them--one might work better for you than another. Sharp serrations are NOT good.
2. Sharp craft knife (box cutter type) or sharp steak knife. I will have several of these to share if necessary--it is used only briefly.
3. Sharp small scissors suitable for paper & fabric cutting.
4. Pencil and pen; quilters, if you have a white marking pencil, bring it as well.

Don't forget to bring $5.00 for the kit I will provide!

See you all soon!
Chris Van Horn
