extraordinarily poor welds on frame of 2012 Big Horn 3585RL

I have a 2012 Big Horn 3585RL with what looks like they handed a monkey a welder and said have at it. There are literally welds connecting the I beam frame where I can see alot of day light through the butted ends because the weld is off to one side. There are many welds which are so poor it looks like the person had ZERO welding experience before starting on my unit! What happened to exceptional quality control at the factory? I am taking photos to send to Heartland but was wondering if others have noticed very sub standard welds on key frame components?

The frames are made by an outside vendor. They are welded and painted before Heartland gets them. Each model has it's own frame design.
A lot of the welds are 'stitched'. In other words they may have a weld every few inches.
If you think that the welds are not good, by all means contact Heartland.
Have your VIN handy as well as some good pictures.

Peace
Dave
