Fireplace for a 2009 BigHorn 3055RL?

Curious if anybody is interested in trading their fireplace and bedroom roof fan for a Duo-Therm Penquin A/C with the Dometic Comfort Control Center.

I have cycled the A/C each month for 10-15 minutes since receiving the coach in July and it works well.

I would also include the cabinet shelf, center rail and 2 doors w/hardware.

Noooooooooooooooo, DW would kick my behind if I got rid of the fireplace. Hey just open the wallet and get a fireplace, you'll definately need to keep the 2nd A/C especially if you spend anytime down south in the summer.
