First RV trip this weekend!

My wife and I just bought a North Trail 31QBS last week and are taking our first trip this weekend! This is my first RV but she grew up RVing with her folks. It'll be us, our two boys, and two dogs...this travel trailer ought to be able to handle our traveling circus :)

We decided we hated cramming the kids into hotel rooms and boarding the dogs so we decided to 'take the plunge'!

Am looking forward to spending quality time with the fam as we explore the SW United States!

Good luck on your 1st RV trips. Keep a positive attitude, go with the flow, remember all the manuals in your blue pouch and on the "Tools" tab at the top of these forum pages. If you have some sort of portable internet access (phone, wifi computer, etc.) it would be a good idea to bring it along.

Hello all!

Thanks for the 'well wishes' and advice! We got back from our trip yesterday and it was a pretty good success! I have some questions that I'll post later but the trailer made it back in one piece and my young sons (4 yrs old and 20 months old) enjoyed the 'bunkhouse' portion and actually slept ALL NIGHT. They had a blast and want to go again...so hopefully we can squeeze in a trip before my daughter is born next month!
