Fixed Water Issues

Found and fixed two minor leaks this weekend. Both were new and I'm sure caused from the less than smooth ride down I-95/295/64 on Friday. Had a small drip coming into the basement. Traced it to the shower pan. Needed recaulking between the walls and pan. Second problem was under the kitchen sink. Left side drain was leaking (slow drips) in several spots. Nearly evey connection had gotten loose, including the main drain connection to the sink. Tightened them all up and problem resolved. I look at all this as stuff that periodically has to be done. Afterall, we are moving these houses down less than stellar roads all the time. It's kinda like me and my kidneys. After a few miles on I-95 I start springing leaks too!
