In planning our full-time travel, I ran across these NOAA active-moving maps that show, by the week, average temperature and rainfall throughout the US. It will enable us to run from the heat and cold.

That is really cool! Thanks for posting. We'll be on our way back home from the south in March and we're trying to time our arrival home with the rising temperatures but still be home to enjoy spring skiing.

I like the way it shows the small pockets of warm and cold weather. It's much easier to narrow down the areas to travel to.

We're New to heartland family but I would like to tell anyone going to the san Marcos New braunfels area of Texas it is totally underwater one rv park got washed down river. Be safe
