You gotta go to the Fredericksburg Pie Company http://www.fredericksburgtexasshopping.com/ three kinds of pecan pie each better than the last. I tried them all!
Also the Admiral Nimitz Museum is pretty cool. About 4 times a year they have a Pacific theatre war reenactment that is really worth seeing. After leaving Fredericksburg this March for San Antanio we went back on a day trip for the show and more pie .
