Fresh water transfers to grey water tank after water heater switch turns on!

Hello! I own a 2021 Mallard M251BH, for some reason, after I turned on the water heater switch, all my fresh water dumped into the grey water tank. Its crazy. I’ve used this feature before and everything worked. But after the 4th of July camping trip, the camper started doing it! Help!

I don't see how that is possible. Are you sure you've turned on the water heater and not the water pump along with a faucet left turned on somewhere like the outside shower?

not sure how that is possible, something else is happening like your pump got turned on; CHECK your switch's to see what is on/off
