We just used the furnace for the 1st time and heat comes out of all the floor vents very well. However, none out of the ceiling vents, only cool air which is not very comfortable sitting in the living area. Seems like should be either warm air out of the ceiling OR none. Also, initially set off the CO alarm. Punched the reset 2-3 times and stopped. Assumes this was due to 1st time ever being turned on. Worked fine thereafter. It also heats the bedroom area WAY more than the rear living area. Plus, lots of fan noise. All in all, the installation seems to be great as we were in 30 degree weather and was nice and toasty inside. This all seem normal?

It's pretty universal for there to be uneven heating. Longer ducts lose some of the heat. We balance that out with the fireplace at the back of the rig. A ceramic disc heater will also work.

Furnace heat only comes out of floor vents, unless you have heat pump option for the A/C units. You'll need to set the fan option, on your thermostat, to "auto". This will keep the A/C fans from coming on. Oops....As Jim has already said above.
