Furnace is rattling on my 2011 north trail 31bdss

I’m having issues with my furnace rattling very badly when it comes on. I’ve checked to make sure it is all screwed down tight and it is. I’ve opened it up and can’t see any debris on the inside that would be rattling around on the inside. Any one have any insite?

There's a blower in the furnace that can lose vanes, which could account for a loud rattle. The furnace blower comes on for about 25 seconds before the furnace starts the burner. If the noise starts immediately when the blower starts, that's a good indicator the blower is the problem area.

Is the furnace heating normally? A damaged blower will often compromise operation and prevent the burner from firing.

Dan’s suggestion sounds exactly like what happened to us. First an annoying rattle then, as more vanes failed, a very disturbing vibration that eventually was able to shake the whole rig. These squirrel cages are plastic and the missing vanes on my old one can be easily seen.
