We are thinking about purchasing a GS Extended Warranty. They tell me that there are phone operators available 24/7. If service is ever needed it is going to be on a holiday week-end.
Has anyone had experance trying to contact GS on a week-end or holiday?
You are actually just paying in advance for most repairs. Be sure you insurance covers major issues as no extended warranty you purchase will. Read the fine print and as SmokeyBare points out look at what isn't covered. You will be amazed.
