goose neck adapter

i have been reading that some rv companies will void the warrenty due to unneeded stress. is this true? i know that most of you on here will not aprove of how far back my ball is(about 10") and want to try and use a extender also to get it back far enough from my welder and bottles(about 2k in weight) the truck is also lifted with a flat bed. any info on how to get this set up done as close to right as possible thanked

i saw that reese has one approved by lippert, what numbers do i need to look at on the tag to match it up? and if i do a 5th wheel hitch it have to be on tail of the truck. is there a web sit that says how long the reese gooseneck is?

Lippert does have a goose neck adapter that they sell now. See it here. You might call Lippert and check with them about using their adapter on their frame.

When I installed the Goose Box it was exactly the same dimension as the Fifth Airborne I took which was exactly the same as the original Lipper Pin Box. the Goose Box is the way to go. Great performance and I have an empty box in less than a minute to pull the ball.
