Heartland 22crb rear connections

Does anyone know what the bottom connection is for on the 22crb? There is no label on it, and above it is city water connection sticker on the top port.

When doing so be sure to open your black tank drain valve otherwise you'll build up pressure in the system and if anyone attempts to operate the toilet flush, you'll be surprised with a sudden eruption of black tank liquid. Or as I have experienced, hooking fresh water supply, mistaking it as the freshwater connection.

They sure need to to label it better... easy mistake
