Heartland closed for July 4th holiday - how long?

I was talking to my dealer today about our problems with our unit, and he said Heartland is closed for 3 weeks - does anyone know how accurate this info is.

we are down for a total of 7 production days. We'll be back up and running on Tuesday July 8.
