Heat Pump for AC

I noted that this is an option. Where is the heat pump located? Is it only used for AC or for both heat and AC?

There is an option for both the main and bedroom AC. Not sure what that means? Just separate thermostats? I assume there would only be one heat pump.

What has been the experience with using the heat pump?

We have dual heat pumps in the A/C units...they each have their own thermostat, but in the Landmark both are connected to the same duct work.

They function independantly, and only the main thermostat is connected to the furnace. We set them both on "auto" and set the temps and they draw on whichever system is required to maintain the set temp...love them!
