Hello HL Owners!

Hello to all! My wife and I purchased a 2016 Heartland Northtrail 26LRSS in February. This is our first TT! We got a crazy hair in January and before we knew it, we bought one! We took it out for the maiden voyage last weekend to Omaha AR, about 75 minutes south of Springfield MO. Was a great trip to test it out and figure out what we missed or forgot to buy, which in the end were small things, nothing that didn't allow us having a great night. We were bummed with it being cold this weekend, so it sits, ready for our next trip out!

Glad to be here, hope to have fun on the way! Thanks to all that make this a great place and for the wealth of information.

Thanks,
Blake

Congrats on the new wheels:)
Maybe we'll see you at the rally in Branson?
If you haven't signed up for this rally check it out, there were several slots left :)

Have fun and safe travels,
Monica

Welcome Blake!

We did pretty much the same thing. Never owned a RV of any kind and bought our Bighorn in January. We have been "practice" camping fairly close to home. Home is the Bull Shoals Lake area, so fairly close to you guys. If you get a chance and like to camp near a river, check out Bull Shoals State Park; it's great. Looking forward to our first rally next month in Branson.

Any good spots? We've looked around Table Rock and Lake of the Ozark 's for our next trip. I'd like to get to Bull Shoals, never been and several have said good finishing.

Don't think we can make this year's Branson rally, we have a prior engagement. The park is on our list to stop at though. Right beside the landing, should be fun and easy access.

Thanks for the warm welcomes!

Congratulations on your new RV! That area in NW Ark and SW Mo is beautiful country. You should have no problem finding great areas to camp and enjoy.

Congrats again!

Congratulations on the new rig. Don't let the cold weather slow you down, cause that is what furnaces and campfires are for. Enjoy and Happy Camping.
