I know this is not the proper place BUT I have a problem.
i am on here because my I pad is set to remember me and I am logged in. Trying to log in on laptop I need my password. I have lost it. Trying to reset it and the system will not let me. Sent request and it came back to y email with the same form that would not work.
If this message get to an administrator or someone who can give me help it would be great. Just shooting in the dark as I do not know what else to do.
