A few months ago, when our new 4006 was 8 weeks old the microwave/convection went out. It was a cheap "made in China" product but 90% of all microwaves are. I suspect Heartland didn't turn the vent up correctly when it was installed on the line so it simply overheated. The factory agreed to order a replacement which I told them I would install myself. After almost another 8 weeks of waiting we received the replacement, which was a Greystone and only a microwave.
At least I know this one was installed correctly.
