Is there a manual over-ride for the Hydraulic Landing Gear Jacks on the Bighorn 3755FL...and what does it mean when it says it is "Out of Stroke"

Here's a link to the generic instructions for manual override of the hydraulics. You have to use an allen wrench to manually open the valve that allows fluid to flow to/from the landing gear, and use a drill with hex bit to spin the hydraulic pump. There'll be an access panel in the basement to give you access to the rear side of the hydraulics pump.

Out of stroke means at least one of your jacks is extended all the way. You may be able to put blocking under that one and resume leveling.
