In West Yellowstone after Cody rally

We have been in West Yellowstone, Montana since Sunday. Staying at Grizzly RV Park.
There have been many Heartland sightings in the area, including some from the Cody rally.

Yellowstone NP is one of my favorite places on earth. I haven't been here in 17 years, but it still inspires. Natural wonders everywhere.
The park is a little crowded with school being out at this point. It is still a great place to visit anytime. If you haven't been here, you should put it on your bucket list.

My wife and I are headed to West Yellowstone today after work. We will be staying in Island Park Idaho at the Red Rock RV Park. We have not been to Yellowstone in the summertime since we both were children, we are looking forward to this trip big time. We are taking our daughter who's husband is in the Navy and out to sea on duty right now, she has never been. We will be visiting the park a couple of day's and exploring the surrounding area on atv's and side x sides.

I stayed at Bakers Hole Campground in the Gallitin National forest 3 miles North of West Yellowstone for 2 weeks before the Gillette Rally. $8 a night plus $6 for electric. No water, sewer, internet or TV, but I had all that covered.

I agree with you, it's been 20 years for me and my wife has never been there. It's the # 1 place on our bucket list... We had plans to go this year but I fell and broke my shoulder. So I hoping next year. Enjoy

We are only 6 hours away so we don't have any excuses not to go. Living here in Utah we are close to some amazing National Parks and to be honest we really have never been to that many so we are trying to start going to some.

I am heading the other direction from Cody. I am in Neb visiting my son till Thurs and then head to Wisc to visit my daughter for the 4th of July. Rode my harley thru Yellowstone last Aug. Talked to my kids and we may do a family week in Yellowstone next summer. When are the rallys in Jackson, CA, Temecula and Vegas? I will have to add them to my schedule/
