Inductive cooking vs LP

Paper towel? and that doesn't start on fire?

This just makes my head hurt!

No space between the pot and cooktop means 1/3 of the triangle is missing - oxygen, so no fire. Along with the fact that induction cooktops do not "heat" with "heat"
We don't have one yet, but it makes sense to me.

OK So if I'm reading this correctly an anodized aluminum pan won't work??? If so that would be a deal breaker. I LOVE my anodized pans!!

Ed, take a magnet to the bottom of the pots or pans. If it sticks they will work.

Single burners are under C note now. We almost bought one on the way home from the rally, but ended up getting all new "sewer" stuff instead.


Not quite as exciting, but necessary non the less.

I jumped up and bought the as seen on TV deal a while back, about a year I guess... got the pans and 2 units... Wife loves them.. and they do cook good... control of temperature is unbelievable. We keep one in the RV.
