Problems with these are many, BUT one of the biggies to watch out for is that they have the tendancy to blow rods and upper mechanics in smaller engines. It is one addition I never will put on my rigs.

2004.5 and up Duramax's have variable vane turbos, just get a EFI Live tow tune with engine braking (like Banks but this works), talk to Nick at www.duramaxtuner.com , he charges about $250 for the tune installed. I have it, it's the best thing I've bought for my truck, I love it. Nick is a great guy, check out his web site.
