Interior bedroom slide trim

I am looking for how to remove the slide trim to access cables and wiper. Does anyone know how they are attached screws staples glue?

On our rig, 2018 Road Warrior, the trim is pin nailed in place.

Depends on if you will find any, could be covered with putty. Look for some wood putty looking places.
