Interior Wallboard Fasteners

I have a little bowing on a rear wall and was wondering what kind of fasteners were used under the "tape" where the wall panels come together? I know the trailer has an aluminum frame but it doesn't make much sense that they could nail into that. Seems like an easy enough fix. What holds it all up?

Rear walls are generally wood-framed. The fasteners are likely crown staples.
