We finally decided on a new Bighorn and trading in our LM. We decided on the BH 3160 EL with full body paint. We are not yet convinced on the residential refrigerators that the LM seems to come with and the 18 cubic foot gas refrig will be fine for us. In looking for a new unit, one of biggest concerns was the length trying to keep the unit as close to the 35-36 foot range for the type of RVing.
Our unit should be started around or about November 16. Just keeping our fingers crossed that our opinion list comes in correct.
It is amazing to us that of the 7 companies we called for a quote on a new BH, only three companies got
back to us. We called one company in VA and they are not taking in any trades. One Florida company was called twice, at two different locations, and never got back to us. We can only guess that business must be too good to give out quotes.
