Deb and I just placed an order for a 2016 Bighorn 3750FL. Now the hard part, the wait for it to be built and painted................ We think this is going to work out better for us than the Road Warrior that we have.

Congrats!!! It took them just over 2 months to build and full body paint our 3160 (Bighorn)

They are telling me 7-8 weeks to build, and 1-3 weeks to get paint. Maybe sometime in early May. But it will be worth the wait. We will have plenty of time to drive the 1500 miles to get it, and it will be warmer up North than it is now.

Congrats on you Bighorn!! We also moved up from a toy hauler to a luxury fifth wheel and never looked back.

We got a update, our Bighorn should be at the dealer by the end of April. It is going quicker than we thought it would.

The wait is almost over. The dealer called a few minutes ago and our rig will be on his lot Monday the 20th. They said they will need time to go through it, do their PDI (to fix stuff they find wrong before we get there), install the travl'er, upgraded batteries, etc... then we have an appointment to pick it up on May 5th. It's going to be a long 2-1/2 weeks. Pretty quick from the time the gave the order to Heartland to their lot is only going to be 7 weeks, with full body paint that normally adds 1 - 3 weeks.

Wow...Nice....We have been waiting more than 7 weeks so far with no word on delivery. Kind of frustrated though since Factory Rep promised us a mid April delivery....Congrats!

Thank you. We might be getting it somewhat quicker since the dealer is close enough that they go get it. They do not wait for the transport companies. The salesman said that the transport people will add a little more time in order to schedule and transport.

Hope yours comes in soon! I know you will love the Landmark.

Hi Frank and Dawn,

You might call your dealer (?) and ask for update, if it has been this long he should have VIN by now. Get VIN and call Heartland and ask for Landmark group and ask the factory for update.

Check REALLY REALLY REALLY close to the paint...especially toward the bottom skirting. Ours had very minor scratches that were visible with direct sunlight on paint and looking down the trailer at about a 30-40 degree angle. It looked like someone used an incorrect brush to wash the rig. The dealer called in a professional to wash, buff, wax the entire trailer. OMG....It will floor you when you see a trailer with full body paint that has just been buffed/waxed.

Thank you everyone. We are excited about it. We will be leaving TX in a few hours to start heading up to get it. Plan on taking our time driving up. Debbie and Frank, we are planning on trying to hit a few rallies this year. Not going to make the Goshen but looking a few others. So, never know you actually might.

Take care everyone, thanks again

We are in MI now and went by the Dealer to see the new rig. We were allowed in the shop area where they were working on getting everything ready for us to pick up tomorrow. We noticed that some of the minor things that we saw where wrong in the photos had already been fixed before we said anything to them about it. The furnace wasn't working, they said it was the DIP switches in the A/C's were set wrong. Since both are 15k a/c I can see this happening easily in the factory. Was nice to see 2 people working to prep the unit for pick up tomorrow. We arrived there unannounced so they were checking everything, like they should, as their normal routine. Feeling pretty good about this unit right now.
