What do you mean by "came loose"?
Did the bolts fall out or do you think there is some structural issue such as broken metal framing?
Can you post a picture?

Peace

Our King Pin has came loose from our frame on our 2009 Bighorn. Any suggestions

Take pictures and measurements, and contact Heartland Service. There has been an "extended warranty" repair program at Heartland for units of this build period to re-enforce the pinbox overhang structural steel. Repairs are done at Heartland Service in Elkhart, and take about 1 week. Normally transportation of the unit is only provided by Heartland if the unit is within its original warranty year. I had this repair done in 2013, and spent $1400 with my Sacramento, Ca. independent RV repairer for "pre-repair" BEFORE towing the Bighorn the 2400 miles to Elkhart for full repair.

Search the forum for "pinbox frame flex" (use Advanced Search) for more posts on the subject.

I have a 2010BH that had frame flex, but nothing wrong with the kingpin---yes I did take it to IN and was treated VERY WELL---fixed me up in about a week and was on my way--no further issues.
