Did you use brads or Liquid Nails???

If I can remember correctly they can be applied either with double face table made especially for the product or a tube applied adhesive. The heat rating on ours has never been a factor. The ambient heat radiating off the back of the stove does not come close to the heat rating of the material.

In our case, the burners are too close for the fake tin.
