Kitchen Faucet replacement in U shape kitchen

Hi all
I have a 2020 Road Warrior Toy Hauler with the u shaped kitchen. The kitchen faucet is on an interior wall which backs up to the bathroom sink on the other side.
The bathroom sink is higher since it is a fifth wheel.
I want to replace the kitchen faucet to a pull out faucet for ease of use.
Any instructions on how to replace it would be great. It does not seem to be accessible from under the kitchen sink.

I have a 2018 Road Warrior and have had to replace the kitchen faucet twice. I had to get to the faucet from under the kitchen sink, it is tight, and you may need a Basin wrench to make it easy.

If you use a residential faucet you may need to get a fitting to convert from the RV fitting to the commercial fitting. I got mine from Lowes.

It looks like the nut on the threaded pipe stub built into the existing faucet secures the faucet to the sink deck using the U shaped metal plate. I would think you could re-use this U shaped metal plate with the new faucet assembly in the same way.
Take a look at the installation pictures on this sample faucet I found on E-Bay:
