You can go to any big box home repair center such as Lowes or Home Depot and buy a residential kitchen faucet.
If you have never changed out a faucet you can do a YouTube search and someone will have a how to video posted.

It's pretty simple to install a new residential faucet, IF you can access the underside back of the sink to remove the nut holding the OEM faucet in place. If it's an overmount sink, it may be easier to actually remove the sink with the faucet still attached (after disconnecting the supply lines and drain) than trying to access the nut holding the faucet from inside the cabinet, underneath it. An undermount sink usually has clips holding it up, which can also be removed to pull the sink out.
