Kitchen sink aerator

The flow from the kitchen sink was sloppy. I tried to remove the aerator but even with WD 40 and pliers it would not budge. On a whim I removed the spout at the base and put the whole thing in the freezer. After an hour the aerator unscrewed with no problem. It was full on blue plastic. Pulled it apart and cleaned it up. Works great now and I didn't put a death grip on it when I reinstalled.

Put a towel over the handles to keep you from turning on the water.
